Houthi militias kidnap Gen.Dir. at technical office in al-Hodeida

Houthi militias kidnapped on Sunday Marwan Hasan al-Bakali, a director general of personnel affairs at the technical education and vocational training office in al-Hodeida province, west Yemen.
Witnesses told Newsyemen that the militias got off the bus and kidnapped al-Bakali when he arrived at the gate on his motorbike at al-Hodeida province's building.
The militias arrested him, they blindfolded him as well as threw him into the bus.
Sources said to Newsyemen Hasan Hadish was the mastermind of the abduction of al-Bakali, asserting that Hadish was the last to go to the building alleging his representation at the meeting of directors of all offices.
