The Government team at the Redeployment Coordination Committee (RCC) informed the head of the United Nations Support Mission in al-Hodeida that government forces are ready to facilitate access the humanitarian relief at the Red Sea Mills to bring them out through the coastline under its control.

In a memo to Michael Lollesgaard, the Major General Saghir Hamoud Aziz, the head of the government team, confirmed the facilitation of access to the Red Sea Mills and the opening of roads for humanitarian work.

He added that the corridors are opened: from 8 km towards 16 km, as well as from 8 km towards line 60 and the coastline.

He added that if Houthi militias continue to refuse to open the humanitarian corridors under their control, the government forces are ready to facilitate access towards the Coastline.

The Iranians-Houthi militias have refused to open humanitarian and relief corridors, and the militias have renewed attacks on mills and food silos over the past two days.
