1st brigade of Tehama denies news over withdrawal from al-Hodeida

The First brigade of Tehama Resistance, backed the legitimacy, said on Wednesday that the news that has been said over a withdrawal from the strategic city of al-Hodeida city and its ports are "baseless and are incorrect".

The first brigade assured everyone that there is no truth for such news that the Joint Forces, backed the Legitimacy and supported by the Arab Coalition, are to withdrew from their sites in al-Hodeida," the statement said, Newsyemen got a copy of it.

"We confirm that we did not and will not withdraw from our positions in al-Hodeida only after the withdrawal of the militias from al-Hodeida and its ports."

"The international community knows that the Houthi militias continue to hamper the peace process, delay the implementation of the Sweden agreement and make many violations," it added.

The statement pointed out that the Houthi militias strengthen their positions with heavy military equipment and attack the Joint sites.

The Houthi shelling targeted civilians' houses, especially in Hais and al-Tuhaita districts, and Mandar and al-Duraihemi areas, killing children and women”, the statement concluded.
