Tribes in Hajjah smash Houthis' attack in five axes

Hajoor tribes in Hajjah province repulsed on Tuesday a violent attack by the Houthi militias in five axes, on the eastern and western fronts of Kushar district in Hajjah province.

The Houthi militias used all their forces in the attack that lasted more than 13 hours, ended the seizure of al-Esabah Mountain by the tribal fighters adjacent to the strategic mountain of Sama'ar overlooking al-Abaisa and Othar area.

The Houthi militias tried to penetrate tribal fighters' sites through heavy artillery and rocket fire, but they were repelled by the tribal fighters.

According to tribal sources, about 70 gunmen of the Houthi militias were killed and wounded during violent clashes in Kushar.

Meanwhile, the Houthi militias targeted civilians' houses in al-Abaisa, causing human casualties as well as houses were also destroyed.

The tribal fighters militarily advanced in Bani Shous area. The tribal fighters also repulsed the armed militias to sneak into Jumana and al-Aram Mountains.

Tribal fighters also seized a military tank on the eastern part of Jumana Mountain and long-range weapons.
