In Yemen .. where disability becomes "scandal" in eyes of some parents

An eleven year-old-girl is disabled. she is physically handicapped and suffers from a partial atrophy in the brain.
Her uncle said to Newsyemen that he and the disabled girl come from time to time to September 26th garden to please and made her happy.
My brother is injustice man, he does not allow the girl to take to the street to play with another children, he does not eat or stay with her, her parents left her all night despite her disability, she cries a lot, she scrammed a lot, the neighborhood's inhabitants hear her voice especially when the girl hears the children playing outside homes.
