The former governor of Taiz, Dr. Amin Mahmoud said that what is happening in Taiz is a war crimes and genocide against unarmed civilians.
Mahmoud considered the attack on the old city of Taiz and rejected the governor's instructions are a minimized military coup against the governor's orders by radical religious militias receiving orders from Doha.
Amin Mahmoud called upon the President and the governor to save Taiz.
