Houthi militias loot traders under motto steadfastness

March represents each year an opportunity for Houthi militias to carry out massive plunder operations at various levels in the capital Sana'a and the areas under its control under the pretext of commemorating what it calls "steadfastness" against the Decisive Storm.
Since the beginning of March during the four years, the Houthi militias are firing their leaders and supervisors to carry out levies and impose royalties on the private sector, traders and all the shops in the capital Sana'a and areas under its control.
A number of wholesalers in the capital Sana'a affirmed that the militias imposed amounts of money, some reach Y.R 20,000,000 to make contributions as well as to support the militias' activities to celebrate the so-called four years of steadfastness.
