Paying two months' salaries to health officials raise alarm of Houthi militias

The government of President Hadi paid salaries of January and February for the Public Health Ministry's employees in Sana'a and the provinces, run by the Houthi militias.
On April,2nd employees of the ministry crowded into exchange offices in Sana'a and other provinces to receive the two-month salaries of 2019.
" Indeed, the employees are happy, while the Houthi militias underestimated the paid salaries and went on saying that" the paid salaries are their legal rights and salaries are funds of the Yemeni people and they are not from the pocket of Hadi or his government"."
The Houthi militias hastened to contain the impact of President Hadi's move through advising health staff to attend mandatory cultural courses for all staff.
