Unknown gunmen assassinate merchant, grandson in Taiz

Unidentified gunmen assassinated on Friday a merchant and his grandson, and seriously wounded four others in al-Mawasit district south of Taiz province, central Yemen.
A military source told Newsyemen that unknown gunmen assassinated the merchant Abdulbaqi Hamoud al-Hammadi and his grandson Abdullah Mohammed, and wounded four people of al-Hammadi's family, including his son Ibrahim, who was seriously injured.
According to the source, the incident took place after the merchant and his family members have gotten out of the mosque at noon on Friday prayers in Mahalt al-Abeer village in Bani Hammad area in Taiz.
