35th Brigade safeguards contact lines in al-Aqroud front in Taiz

The 35th Armored brigade confirmed that its forces thwarted Houthi plans to re-occupy al-Mesrakh in Taiz province.
The brigade forces also continue to reopen a road in al-Aqroud area, the only artery of Taiz, thousands of mines and explosive devices were removed in the area that were planted by the armed militias.
The brigade said that it forces also deployed military police to secure contact lines in al-Mawasit, al-Selw, al-Shamayaten, Samea, Haifan to al-Aqroud area to facilitate movement and to track smuggling trucks and terrorist cells that move between civilians and take them as human shields.
The statement confirmed that the forces of the 35th brigade impose full control over the areas of al-Khalel, al-Radha'ah Mountain, and al-Hubain sites, al-Shaqaq adjacent to Demnat Khadeer.
