The internally displaced Persons (IDPs) on Sunday of the old city of Taiz carried out a sit-in before the Presidential Palace in Aden city, demanding and holding all perpetrators of crimes that are committed by the Popular Crowd of the Islah Party in Taiz city.

The IDPs raised slogans calling the Legitimate government and President Hadi to act swiftly and stop the ongoing massacres of civilians, and perpetrators be held accountable for their actions.

The protesters demanded President Hadi the speed of intervention and the extension of State influence in Taiz city, which will help to restore peace and security to the city and its people.

The protesters denounced the terms describing their sons of being terrorists by religious groups historically known for their support for terrorism," referring to the Brotherhood, asserting "the accusations are only a ploy used by the popular militias to justify the crimes and abuses committed against them."
