Houthi militias displace Bani al-Aqd village's residents south of al-Hodeida

The Houthi militias forced a village's inhabitants to flee by force of arms south of al-Hodeida province linked to the daily heavy mobilization and escalation towards Hays district and various fronts on the West Coast and in al-Hodeida.

Field and security sources told NewsYemen that Houthi militias' gunmen stormed Bani al-Aqd village, forcing inhabitants to evacuate their houses by force of arms, leaving all their properties.

The militias did not allow the inhabitants to take their belongings and expel them from the village, which is located west of Hays district, south of al-Hodeida province.

The militias have doubled the suffering of inhabitants and a number of displaced persons from their villages, houses and farms in Tehama region and the West Coast of Yemen.

The militias stationed on the rooftops as a military site amid military escalation that targeting Hays district and sites of the Joint Resistance Forces.

The militias' move to expel the inhabitants came as a result their plan to intensify artillery escalation towards al-Jabalia area, al-Tuhaita district, al-Duraihemi district and al-Hodeida city.
