The Joint Forces foiled a Houthi attack towards al-Tuhaita city under a heavy cover of fire and shelling in which militias used various weapons and missiles
A number of the Houthi militias were killed or wounded when the militias tried to militarily advance towards the city
On the other hand, the Houthi militias shelled residential areas and civilians' houses as well as remote areas and villages with mortars and heavy and medium machine guns on Thursday
The Joint forces sources said that the Houthi militias simultaneously continue mobilizing Houthi fighters, including Houthi military reinforcements towards al-Jabalia area in al-Tuhaita district as well as in different fronts in al-Hodeida province in the light of the militias' ongoing military escalation
