Religious groups, especially the Houthi and the Brotherhood, have a phobia of the presence of regular national armed forces, so the Yemeni Legitimacy does not seek to build a real regular army, as does the Houthi sectarian group that mobilizes and recruit under the name of the popular committees
Every terrorist group wants suicide bombers who defend its ideology and protect it. They do not want a regular army to protect the state and the society, so they have structured and targeted the armed forces and security, dispersed the State's camps and deepened the fragmentation of the military under silly arguments
What happened in Aden in an attack on a military parade of troops following the Southern Transitional Council as a regular unit was neither as a result of sheer coincidence, nor the strong planning claimed by the Houthi, but it was the continued cooperation between the Brotherhood and Houthi to target any regular forces
Before the recent attack in Aden, we saw an earlier attack on the base of al-Anad which caused the martyrdom of several officers of the Yemeni armed forces
How many Houthi military parades did we see in the Capital Sana'a, al-Hodeida, and Dhamar provinces in full view of the eyes of the Coalition and Legitimacy, and they were passing peacefully, and we did not see neither the Coalition or the Legitimacy targets them, or even targeting them in places away from their main sites or even away tens of km
Terrorist groups that have one goal do not fight each other, but have a cooperative relation publicly or covertly; but the reality and circumstances will reveal the quality of this relation and the extent of its durability and to how long it will last
The relation between these two groups is old, and will continue if the hands that fund these groups continue under the pretext of combating the other terrorist group. As the Brotherhood continues to control the Legitimacy decisions and the funds given to it, the Houthi will continue to survive and will arrive in Riyadh and beyond Riyadh with its missiles and his followers, and to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and will not stand at the borders of a certain State, because it owns an expansive process supported by Iran and Qatar
