Harassment, abduction of minors and looting of houses. Parliamentarian reveals Houthi abuses in 'Al -abous'

Ahmed Saif Hashid, a member of the House of Representatives, who is close to the Houthi group, revealed horrific violations by the Houthi militia against the residents of Al -abous in Taiz province, central Yemen

"The Houthis are carrying out daily looting of property and houses in the Al-Abus area, as punishment for the residents, and forcing them to remain silent about the violations," Said Hashid, a member of parliament, in a series of posts on his Facebook account

"They will not shut up and we will not shut up in the face of this falsehood, which is supported by force, power, predominance and greatness," he said in another blog post, adding: "It is enough for our people to know that you are a gang, a gang, a gang and thieves

"We complained about the harassment of school demands and the descent of Ansar Allah (Houthis) into the villages of Abus, and they punished us with the kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl," the parliamentary official said

He said that they filed a complaint with the militia leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi, about the abduction of children, and some attacks on citizens in Al -abous, "a committee was formed and informed us that Abu Abdullah was imprisoned and thirty of his group, and we do not know the validity of the subject of detention, but the most important thing was returned him and his group to be daily revenge of Citizens

He confirmed that the Houthi militia had broken 30 houses in the neighborhoods of Al -abous, and after the violations were revealed, the Houthis responded by looting five other houses
