US diplomat Nabil Khoury questioned the legitimacy capabilities and efficiency of Hadi's government in controlling anything in Yemen

 He also questioned the capabilities and control of legitimacy or  Hadi government over anything in southern Yemen

 He criticized the rushing to give judgments and promote victories

 Commenting on events and developments in Aden and especially in the south, the former US deputy ambassador told Al-Jazeera, "I still doubt the legitimacy capabilities and the government of President Hadi and control over anything currently in southern Yemen

 "I think we are rushing today when we talk about victories for legitimacy and talking about a return," he said

 "They talk a lot about the Yemeni national army," said Nabil Khoury

 "When we look at live images from southern Yemen, first we don't see fierce battles. Second, we don't see soldiers," Khoury said


The command of the first military zone, loyal to General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, intensified the deployment of its forces in the districts of Wadi and Sahara desert in eastern Yemen, following the recent escalation in Shabwa and Abyan

 A local source told "News Yemen" that the forces of the brigade 135 infantry deployed in recent days, in the streets of the cities of Sayun and cotton, in conjunction with the development of military points

 He added that the forces of the first military area, established military points in the area of   Wadi Al-Ain at the entrances of the Wadi Hadramout, in addition to the establishment of a military point and reinforced with a tank and 50 personnel in the obstacle of a body south of the city of Sayun on the road to the headquarters of the company (Petromsila oil)

 Earlier this month, eyewitnesses told "News Yemen" that a military force comprising a tank, anti-aircraft munitions and heavily armed soldiers left the headquarters of the first military zone, which includes seven combat units east of Sayun

 The command of the first military zone, loyal to General Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar, has reinforced army posts deployed in the Hadramout valley areas as inspection procedures for vehicles coming into the wadi and desert directorates intensified
