10 Scholarships for relatives of one diplomat in Egypt

A new scandal of corruption of the legitimacy government, was revealed by activists on social media, which is the acquisition of a diplomat close to the ambassador of Yemen in Cairo to 10 scholarships in the disciplines of higher education in the Republic of Egypt to his relatives of the first and second class.

 Nabil al-Assaidi, a journalist and anti-corruption activist, posted on his Facebook page a list of senior scholarships offered by Hamoud al-Qadimi, director of the office of Ambassador Mohammed Marem's office, to his first and second-degree relatives.

 He added: "Ten scholarships for his son, wife, nephew and cousins."

 He said that these grants at all levels of study Bachelor, Master and Doctorate include medicine, communications, engineering, science and education.

 The journalist Al-Assaidi pointed out that one of the scholarships for a Ph.D. in engineering was earmarked by his Al-Qadimi to his cousin on the grounds that it belonged to Hajja University, while that university did not have an engineering speciality .

 He added: "Of course, the diplomatic post he holds (ie, Hamoud al-Qadimi) is not present in the structure of the embassy or the diplomatic structure, but invented by Ambassador Marem because it is very, very, very close to him."
