The Humanitarian Fund starts to distribute aid to 1,000 families in Mocha

The United Nations Humanitarian Fund began distributing cash to families in need on Tuesday.
The amount distributed up to 45,000 riyals and is given to the poorest families as emergency cash assistance.
The program targets some 1,000 families, including IDPs, female-headed households, widows, children and those with no fixed income.
The three-day disbursement is part of the monthly food security project cycle.
