According to sources, the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, intends to approve a number of measures against international organizations operating in Sana'a and areas of control.

The sources told "Newsyemen" that the Central Agency for Control and Accounting, which is under the control of the Houthi militia, will ask international organizations and bodies to provide detailed financial statements on their budgets and the activities and projects they implement.

The agency also demands international organizations to open their financial records permanently to audit their financial accounts periodically or suddenly and without any objection.

The sources were surprised by the Houthi militias on this procedure, confirming that the law specified the role and functions of the Central Organization for Control and Statistics to examine and audit the accounts and financial records of government bodies and institutions only.

The Houthi militia has created an entity called the National Emergency and Disaster Authority to control the activities of international and local organizations in areas under its control.

The sources, "newsyemen", that this Houthi steps, have no meaning only more extortion of international organizations and obtain financial gains, especially as there is a hidden race between the leaders of the Houthis competing to control international organizations as well as government resources.
