Houthis loot everyone in Sanaa justification for the preparation of the convoy of September 21 for his militias

Houthi militias, the Iranian arm in Yemen, continue their preparations to celebrate the anniversary of their coup and seizure of power and state institutions on September 21, by imposing royalties on people in the capital Sanaa and areas of control under many names.

Local sources in the capital Sanaa told Newsyemen: The Houthi militias approved the preparation of a convoy under the name of the convoy of "September 21" from the capital Sanaa to support its militia fighters in the fronts, pointing out that committees have been formed at the level of all districts, neighborhoods and neighborhoods of the capital to take charge of collecting and imposing royalties under the name  Fundraising for the convoy.


According to sources the militias through their supervisors hold daily meetings with local and executive authority officials at the level of districts as well as the head of lanes to take over the field landing and collect donations to the convoy by imposing outlaw royalties on all institutions, including hospitals, schools, health centers, medical laboratories, pharmacies, traders, private sector, investment institutions and different companies.


According to the sources, Houthi militias imposed on each institution or authority a financial amount to be paid by the institution, where it held yesterday a meeting of officials of health centers and medical laboratories and pharmacists owners at the capital and obliged them to pay donations to the convoy, amount of one hundred thousand riyals were imposed on each pharmacy and laboratory. While more than one million riyals were imposed on pharmaceutical companies and major traders.

 

The sources added that another meeting included owners of generators that sell electricity to citizens where an amount of (75000) riyals was imposed on each owner of an electric generator to be paid as a donation to the convoy. It pointed out that the amount of (one million and fifty thousand riyals) was collected from the owners of electricity generators in the Azal district only, which is one of the smallest districts in the capital.


Headmasters of private schools and shopkeepers complained that Houthi militias imposed royalties on them under the justification of supporting the convoy and threatened to take punitive measures against them if they refused to pay such donations by force.


Houthi militias use their special occasions, including the anniversary of their coup and takeover of state institutions on 21 September to practice looting and theft of large-scale donations to support the war effort or support to send convoys of militias to the fronts, and up to what it calls the support of rocket power and drones by imposing illegal royalties  on all official institutions and private, traders, investors and private sector owners, most of  royalties are collected and transferred in favor of special accounts of the leaders of Houthi militias that invest in their own companies such as universities, private schools and establishment of exchange companies ... and others.
