Coalition Forces clear mines and improvised explosive devices near Al-Qaeda strongholds in Hadramout

In Hadramout province, southeast of Yemen, Arab Coalition Forces detonated explosive devices and landmines planted in Arshan area of Shibam.
The military source told "New Yemen", that the dismantling of explosive devices comes as a continuation of the campaign led by the commander of the Arab coalition forces in the valley of Hadramout and the desert, "Bandar al-Otaibi", who was martyred a few days ago an explosive device.
He pointed out that mines and IEDs were planted several years ago in the center of Ben Ali valley, because of its proximity to the strongholds of Al-Qaeda, noting that the explosive devices were dismantled and some were defused by detonating them.
