Mokhtar Nouh, a renegade leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, who served as advisor to the group's leader, revealed details for the first time about the Brotherhood's relationship with Qatar and Turkey, and information on the group's role in implementing the two-state agendas.

"Turkey is using the group to implement the Caliphate project and revive the Ottoman expansionist project," Noah said in an interview with Al Arabiya television, adding that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan "sought to become, under the control of religious groups, the rule of Arab states" as leader.  Arab and Muslim countries, and thus become president of Turkey throughout his life, has found his place in the Muslim Brotherhood, in an attempt to control the Arab world in general, and Egypt in particular.

He continued that "Erdogan, in his first meeting with former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi in Egypt in Cairo, after Morsi's victory in the presidency, they agreed together on all the details of the scheme."

He explained that the agreement included providing the government of Morsi with money and political support, provided that Morsi agree to the establishment of Turkish military bases in Egypt, and that Turkey has the right to approve or reject the establishment of any military bases set up in Egypt in the future for the benefit of any other countries.

The agreement also included the establishment of a federation with Egypt (federal) in which Turkey is the decision-maker, and the signing of a joint defense agreement, and economic projects, but all this ended after the overthrow of the Brotherhood and the removal of Morsi.

The dissident Brotherhood leader said that `` Erdogan suffers from a bad psychological situation after the failure of this plan, in addition to his bad situation in Turkey, where the division of leadership within his party and the withdrawal of prominent members of it, and the establishment of a new party, as well as the deterioration of the economic situation in his country and the devaluation of the lira.

"But Erdogan still has hope that his influence will return again, so he is trying in every way to bring the Brotherhood back to power in Egypt to revive his project."

Regarding Qatar, Noah said that the Qatari authorities "use the Muslim Brotherhood to carry out political agendas and settle scores”

"He recalled that" Youssef al-Qaradawi came out of the Muslim Brotherhood and traveled to Qatar in the sixties, and there he became a servant of Doha, and then suddenly he was back to the group again and mysteriously and without any introductions.

He added that "Qaradawi has become the mufti of the Sultan and offers what we may call fatwas of the Sultan, it ruled outlawing revolutions in certain countries under the pretext that going out to obey the guardian is not obligatory, while analyzing the revolutions in other regions and countries for alleged resistance to tyrants, and gave evidences by the hadiths and Qouranic verse
to justify what he says.

"The Brotherhood has virtually ended in 2013, and is currently moving with self-motivation, but as a result of the militarization on which it is based, it will not continue after 2028, and will disappear permanently from the political and advocacy scene," the dissident Brotherhood leader said.

He explained that the group is currently run by the deputy leader, Mahmoud Ezzat, who is "trying to preserve the group as much as possible, but there is another leadership that runs the group militarily, headed by Yahya Musa fugitive to Turkey, who oversees the specific committees and violence cells and operations.

"This military leadership was involved in the killing of the attorney general," he said, stressing that Moussa runs the "Hasim" and "Brigade of the Revolution" groups, which have sprung up from other cluster cells. The dissident Brotherhood leader stressed that "once the funding of the group ends and stops funding from certain countries and destinations, all this will disappear." He expected that "the funding will be stopped during the next year 2020, with the Brotherhood completely ending and coming out of the scene in 2028."
