Houthi paves the way for a new oil products crisis

The Yemeni oil company, which is controlled by the Houthi militias in Sana'a, is working according to an emergency program in distributing the oil products during the coming period, indicating to a new derivatives crisis.


The announcement comes just two days after the end of oil products crisis in militia-controlled areas, that lasted for two weeks and revived the black market, where the oil tank reached 20,000 riyals.
The Houthi militia, through the oil company, said that the tanker "Adventure", which arrived at the port of Hodeidah last Thursday with 30,054 tons of gasoline does not cover the real need for domestic consumption for more than 5 days in normal conditions.
