The Islah militia in Shabwa hides 11 people in its prisons, including journalists and soldiers

The Islah Party's militias have arrested 11 people since last Thursday in the southeastern province of Shabwa.

 Newsyemen correspondent gets the names of soldiers and journalists concealed by the Islah militias in its prisons in the governorate, namely: journalist Saleh Musawi and writer Abdulrahman Al-Ashlami, and the arrest of journalist Jamal Schneiter, on Thursday, at a checkpoint in the town of Azan.

The detained soldiers belonging to the Shabwa elite are Munsar Omar Zaabal, Salah Touma, Bashir Al-Qumishi, Majid Bahaj, Saad Al-Jassari, Moawad Al-Jassari, Anwar Mohammed Belkhadr and Abdul Bari Bin Shakla.

A source close to the detained soldiers told Newsyemen that some of them were ill, and the militia refused to release them or even treat them.

On the other hand, the Islah militias did not reveal the fate of journalists and soldiers, and a source close to the soldier Zaabal told Newsyemen that his family knocked on the doors of the prisons and did not find their son, and contacted the security director Awad al-Dahboul to find out where he was, but the he denied that he was in one of his detention centers.
It is noteworthy that the Islah militias suppressed a peaceful demonstration demanding the return of the Shabwani elite in the town of Azan, killing the citizen Saeed al-Qumishi, and the arrest of dozens, before the militia released them.
