Campaign to fill swamps and ponds in Mocha

A campaign to fill the ponds and swamps caused by the rainwater that has fallen over the past few days began on Monday in Mocha.
The campaign, directed by the National Resistance Command, will cover all neighborhoods of Mocha and will continue until its completion.
The campaign began by filling ponds in front of the General Hospital in Mocha, where it was a source of mosquito breeding and odors.
The campaign has been well received by residents of nearby housing because of its environmental health risks.
Adel Asheilan said he was happy and thanked the leadership of the National Resistance, for taking such steps, where such risks were neglected during the years when Houthi militias were present, in all aspects of infrastructure.
