Waddah al-Debaish, spokesman for the West Coast Liberation Operations, said that the joint forces uncovered an attack attempt by Houthi militias on positions in the Durahimi district in conjunction with the passage of a relief convoy allowed by the joint forces.

Al-Dabeish added that when the convoy reached government-controlled areas coming from militia areas, reconnaissance planes spotted military forces aboard more than 10 military vehicles and more than fifty members aboard motorcycles accompanying the convoy.

Debbish said that the forces of the Third Brigade Giants thwarted the plan that the militias had planned to implement and the convoy was stopped until the disguised elements withdrew behind them.

The joint forces and the Arab Coalition facilitated the passage of a UN food and medical convoy towards the city of Durahimi south of Hodeidah.

The convoy set off from Sana'a through Hajjah governorate to Hodeidah and crossed into the areas of joint forces' control and reached Durahimi

Al-Dabeish was surprised by the acceptance of the "food program" to send its aid from Aden "south" to Sanaa "north" and then Hodeidah "west, in response to the request of Houthi militias, covering thousands of kilometers, while the distance between Durahimi from Aden does not exceed 5 hours.

Two weeks ago, Houthi militias prevented the World Food Program from delivering its aid to citizens in the center of Durahimi, and insisted on entering it from the positions it controls, in order to camouflage so that it can provide troops in the city center with soldiers and various weapons.
