Médecins Sans Frontières condemns the storming of al-Thawra hospital

The International Organization for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) condemned the storming of armed men on Friday evening at Al-Thawra General Hospital in Taiz.
In a statement, the organization said that while gunmen exchanged fire inside the emergency room of Al-Thawra General Hospital, which is supported by MSF in Taiz, one of the patients was killed and one medical staff was injured.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) said it was deeply concerned by the violence and condemned the attack.
"Such events seriously threaten the continuation of their work in Taiz," it warned.
