Houthi militia halts "Al-Mustaqila Mobile" service owned by MP "Hashed"

Parliamentarian Ahmed Saif Hashid announced on Monday that the Houthi militia, has stopped “Al-Mustaqila mobile” service that he runs.

MP Hashid said on his Facebook account: "I had an Al-Mustaqila newspaper and in their era I can no longer issue it. I had a newspaper called (Yamanat) and in their time I can no longer issue it. "

He added: "I have nothing left other than (Yamanat) site I do not know when they will close it or confiscate or seize it."

Hashid pointed out that the reports of what he called "electronic flies", of the Houthi militia, caused the suspension of the page "Yamanat" on Facebook which had more than 2 million followers. "

He added: "While they (Houthis) now have about twenty radio, more than twenty news sites, a number of satellite channels, and thousands of accounts and pages on Facebook other than parallel media."

The MP stressed that he is still "stronger than them," adding: "I will continue to love freedom to death and belong to the good people and sided with their causes and suffering. Opposed to corruption, tyranny and occupation."
