UAE Red Crescent sent two mobile clinics in Mocha to face fevers

The UAE Red Crescent has sent two mobile clinics with medical staff and supplies to Al-Najiba and Al-Zuhary areas in Mocha district in Taiz governorate in response to a distress call from the concerned authorities to face the epidemics of diets and diarrhea that have re-spread.

The mobile Red Crescent clinic in the Negiba region received 51 cases, including 32 cases of dengue fever, 8 cases of acute watery diarrhea and 11 cases of respiratory disease.

The mobile clinic in the Zuhary area received 100 cases, including 18 cases of dengue fever and the rest varied between watery diarrhea and other diseases.

On Sunday, the UAE Red Crescent Authority will supply a number of medical centers in the West Coast with new quantities of medicines and laboratory solutions to combat epidemics.

It is noteworthy that the UAE Red Crescent has carried out during the past period, dozens of medical campaigns, as well as the restoration and rehabilitation and furnishing a number of medical facilities and support with drugs, before the epidemics reappear in some areas again.
