The sources added that one of the traders working in the field of importing and selling solar energy supplies decided to allocate about 70 cases of assistance and distribution to poor and needy families in the directorate of Haraz in Sana'a governorate, and asked one of the people of the region to provide a list of the names of families that deserve assistance, which is a special assistance for energy each family will receive a solar panel, a battery and their accessories to help them get electricity in the absence of electricity as a result of the situation in the country since the Houthi militia coup in September 2014.

The sources confirmed that the Houthi militias, as soon as they learned of the news, arrested the mediator and asked for about 90% of the total aid and to distribute only the remaining 10% to the needy in Harraz district, which was rejected by the mediator who is still detained till today without being charged, noting that the militia leaders have told the trader to stop the delivery of such aid to the mediator with whom he has a friendship on the pretext that he will sell it to the people
