Thousands of citizens marched from the Ma’afir district to the Al-Mawasit district, on Wednesday morning , to condemn the assassination of Colonel Adnan Al Hammadi, the commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, south of Taiz Governorate, central Yemen.
The march started from Al-Qaed Square in Al-Nashama, Al-Ma’afar District Center, to the headquarters of the 35-armored brigade in Al-Ain district, Al-Mawaset district, south of Taiz.
The peaceful demonstrators expressed their strong condemnation of the political assassination crime that targeted Brigadier Adnan Al-Hammadi, and called for the 35th Armored Brigade Committee to uncover preliminary investigations with those accused of carrying out the assassination.
The demonstrators renewed their rejection of the targeted presidential fraud to bury the assassination case of Colonel Adnan Al Hammadi and skewed the course of investigations through the presidential committee headed by Attorney General Dr. Ali Al-Awash, which arrived yesterday, Tuesday, to the headquarters of the 35 armored brigade headquarters in the Al Ain region of Al-Mawasit district.
