Exclusive - the assassination of al-Hammadi and the involvement of his daughter's husband, Ghamadan

According to special information received by NewsYemen from well-informed sources, the martyr Brigadier Adnan Al-Hammadi daughter's husband (Ghamdan Abdullah) is accused of being involved in and participating in the assassination crime.

In addition to Ghamdan Abdullah, others were arrested for accusation of being involved in the assassination of the commander of the 35th Armored Brigade Brigadier General Adnan al-Hammadi at his family home in “Yafuq” Bani Hammad Directorate of Al-Mawasit in the southern countryside of Taiz on Monday, 2 December 2019.

Informed sources pointed to short messages via mobile phone between Mustafa Abdel-Qader and Ghamdan, which highlighted new informations that were ignored by the current version, which gave different details of the crime by assigning the main role to Jalal Muhammad al-Hammadi, brother of the martyr, and referring to it as of a family dispute and claiming that jalal is mad, and these texts are added to others, with those involved in the investigations file.

According to the data that were discovered, Jalal fired one shot that didn’t kill the brigadier and fled on when the dean shouted the guards , then Mustafa Abdulqader, cousin of Brigadier Adnan and the well-known Brotherhood activist in the area, took the mission to liquidate the brigadier and finish him with two bullets in the head.

When the daughter of Brigadier Al-Hammadi heard her father’s voice and the shooting, she rushed to the room, to meet her husband Ghamdan on stairs and asked him what was happening, and he respond coldly to her, “My uncle was killed,” before she shouted to the guards outside, who in turn fled and prevented the escape of those involved and shot and wounded Jalal, who then received the first aid needed.

Newsyemen stated that additional suspects were arrested as part of the ongoing investigations into the political (organized) assassination of a national leader Adnan Al-Hammadi.

The sources indicated prominent names, among them Abd al-Hamid Muqbel, a pharmacist from the region, al-Mawasit Directorate
