Closure of the sessions of the second day of the seventh meeting of the redeployment committees in Hodeidah on board the International Ship (Antractic dream) in the Red Sea, headed by the Indian General, Head of the Observer Group.

The seventh joint meeting discussed points and proposals submitted by the Chairman of the Redeployment Monitoring Committee, General Abhijit Juha, which included the following:

1. The establishment of the advance command center for the redeployment coordination committee two days prior to the redeployment, and one of its tasks is to directly supervise the redeployment of forces.
2. Formation of coordination and liaison teams, which will coordinate the redeployment.
3. A road map for opening up the humanitarian corridors of agencies

The government team expressed its full readiness to open the humanitarian corridors and facilitate the movement of citizens, and in return the crossings are still closed and planted with mines by the Houthi militias for a year and until now.

During the meeting, the government team stated that the redeployment of the forces will not take place until after the outstanding issues are decided upon, including (the local authority and security and the Coast Guard forces), and before moving to the political level.

In this regard, the government team stressed the concept of redeployment; that the mission is entrusted with the security forces and the main coast guard, before September 2014, not armed with militias for redeployment.
