Private sources told Newsyemen that the gunmen, led by Suhaib Al-Mikhlafi, who is supported by Abdo Farhan Salem, the military leader of the Brotherhood in Taiz, stormed the gate of Al-Thawra Hospital, shot the gatekeeper, and wanted to enter to kill one of the wounded.

The sources added that the Special Security wounded patient, Louay Mustafa Qassem, arrived at the hospital after his injury, and an armed kit belonging to the rescue forces came, took him out of the hospital, returned him after a quarter of an hour, and asked for his treatment and an urgent operation for him.

The sources pointed out that the gunmen belonging to Suhaib al-Mikhlafi came after that, and they wanted to liquidate the injured soldier, but the soldiers of the rescue team led by Khalil Al-Jundi prevented them, and an exchange of fire took place between them, and ended with the departure of the gunmen without allowing them to enter the hospital.

The storming of Al-Thawra Hospital came after gunmen attacked the Central Security soldiers assigned to guard the College of Arts and Garden City, and the armed assault left one soldier killed and three others injured.

It is worth mentioning that the storming of Al-Thawra Hospital was preceded by many attacks and incursions, in which cases of injuries were recorded, by armed men of the army in Taiz, without any punishment by the Axis Command and the Security Command, which remained unable to secure the hospital.
