An official document revealed a new corruption scandal for the Islah Party in Taiz through one of the party leaders who was appointed to the Blood Bank and the central laboratories at the same time, as this is a functional duplication, in addition to appointing leaders in the Islah from outside the Blood Bank to work in it.

A letter submitted by the Director of the Reformation Blood Bank Ahmed Abdullah Mansour to the World Health Organization indicated that Mansour employed his daughter without having a medical qualification, in addition to the father of his daughter's husband, Doctor at Al-Ataa University Omar Saeed, as a counselor and two of his other relatives, who were counted as Islah activists.

A source in the blood bank said that the director of the correctional center, Ahmed Abdullah Mansour, deducts half of the employees ’dues in the central laboratories and in the blood bank from the salaries approved by the World Health Organization for 17 employees in the blood bank and 17 employees in the central laboratories every 3 months 480 thousand by 160 thousand per month And who does not accept that he threatens to drop his name from the WHO lists.

The source added that the names given by Mansour do not persevere, and they do not have an attribute or presence in the blood center, and they receive their dues while they are in their homes, in addition to that they do not have health qualifications, while laboratory and blood bank employees were excluded while carrying a health qualification.

The source pointed out that recently 5 months' dues were paid from the World Health Organization to the blood bank, and the list of leaders and elements of the Islah party was approved by the World Health Organization.
