A local source said on Monday that the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, shelled with Katyusha launchers, the "Al-Hudhun" area of Abyan Governorate, south of the country.
The source pointed out that Katyusha shells fired by the Houthi militia landed in the "Al Sailah" area, west of the Lauder District.
He said that one of the shells landed in an area close to the populated areas, without causing any injuries to the residents.
It is noteworthy that the Houthi militia launches from time to time Katyusha rockets and artillery shells into the residential areas in Lowder, from its positions in the Thurah front on the outskirts of the district.
