Violent clashes erupted between armed Brotherhood gangs, whose members are recruits within the army and security forces, this afternoon, Wednesday, in the city of Taiz, central Yemen.

Local sources told (NewsYemen), that violent clashes erupted between armed gangs, during the past hours, due to a dispute between the two gangs on the looting of real estate in Wadi Al-Duhi, west of Taiz.

The sources pointed out that the members of the two gangs are recruited into the police and the army, and they are known to loot lands in Al-Duhi, Habil Salman and the thirty west of the city of Taiz, and they are fully protected by leaders of the Brotherhood.

Al-Duhi's clashes came two days after the killing of citizens as a result of similar clashes between an armed gang and real estate owners in the Aqaqa area, next to the central prison west of Taiz.
