The security belt in Abyan repels an attack by the Brotherhood's militia on Hasais

On Monday, security belt forces and rapid intervention repelled an attack by the Islah party militia, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, on the Hasais area of Abyan Governorate, south of Yemen.
A security source stated that Brotherhood forces, led by Louay al-Zamki, launched an attack on the Yaramis Mountains in the al-Hossous area, but that the security belt forces responded to the attack and violent clashes that lasted for hours.
While the commander of the security belt forces in the governorate of Abyan, Brigadier Abdul Latif Al-Sayed, confirmed that the Brotherhood forces tried to advance in the Yaramis mountains in Al-Hasah region, explaining that the security belt forces dealt with the attacking groups decisively.
Al-Sayed added that the Brotherhood's militia suffered severe losses.
The commander of the Abyan Belt, Al-Islah militia, warned that any confrontation with his forces will be lost and will bite fingers of remorse for their folly.
He called on the forces of the security belt and the rapid intervention to be on constant alert to deal with any emergency military situation that may occur.
