Renewed movements of Houthi militias were observed in the areas of the ports of Salaf and Ras Issa, north of Al Hudaydah, on the western coast, and include movements in the interior regions opposite the coast to the beard leading to Haradh via two coastal and internal lines, at a time of increased tensions and warnings after the killing of the Iranian leader Qassem Soleimani.
