Tribal sources in Al-Jawf governorate said that the Al-Shannan tribes cut the main road in Al-Okdah region between the two districts of Al-Matma and Al-Zaher to demand the release of Zuh Hussein's sheikhs, who have been detained since yesterday in the prisons of the Houthi militia in Sanaa.

According to the sources, the Houthi militia detained a number of tribal sheikhs, which are part of the division of Al-Jawf Governorate, after they arrived in the capital, Sanaa, on the pretext of the Houthi militia to resolve their differences in the Public Prosecution due to a dispute between them and the militia elements over a piece of land called the Khared area.

The sources reported that the Houthi militia seized the sheikhs and thrown them in prison, namely: Sheikh Nasser Al-Jazzar, Sheikh Sadiq bin Abdullah Al-Sassasi, Sheikh Muhammad Al-Farajah, Saleh bin Saad bin Saqra, Muhammad Habili, Bakil Al-Qasimi and Muhammad bin Ali bin Nassaa, upon their arrival to the court in Sanaa.

The sources pointed out that the Houthi militia is pressuring the detained sheikhs to give up the land.
