Houthi militia has lost most of Hodeidah governorate in the west of the country, so it has resorted to revenge against civilians.
Recently, the Houthi militia bombed the homes of civilians in the district of Hays, south of Al-Hodeidah, more than once, in the Al-Mandhar neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. The residents were forced to leave their homes under Houthi terrorism.
Houthi militia considers the residents of the liberated areas in Al Hodeidah as legitimate targets for its military activities for not fighting in its ranks, at a time when the legitimate government deals indifferently with the daily Houthi crimes.
