A leader in the Houthi militia, which is loyal to Iran, punishes a group of youth and teenagers in Sanaa, in a similar manner to the terrorist organization ISIS.

A Houthi leader appeared holding a sharp razor and forcibly shaving the heads of a group of youth, accusing them of standing in front of schools for girls and watching them while leaving.

A video clip shows a Houthi supervisor in Sanaa holding a sharp blade and shaving, forcibly, the hair of a young man in his twenties, "Zero".

Activists and local residents said that the Houthi leader took the step under the pretext of punishing the youth for standing in front of government schools and watching the students while they were leaving.

It is noteworthy that ISIS used “Zero” haircuts as a punishment at the height of its control of areas in Iraq and Syria, which is the same thing that the Houthi militia currently exercises in some areas of its control in northern Yemen.
