On Thursday, funeral was held by the national resistance in the city of Mocha, of the martyr hero Salah Farea Al-Mawsemi, who died in an unfortunate traffic accident.

The masses of the mourners presented the official spokesman, Brigadier / Sadiq Dowid, the director of the Mocha Abdul Rahim Al-Fateh Directorate, a number of the leaders of the Republic’s Guardians brigades and the heads of the resistance’s people, and a number of leaders of the local authority in the West Coast, with a large crowd.

The procession marched in the city center, while everyone was saddened by the sadness of losing one of the heroes of the republic after the heroic life of struggle in defense of the republic.

During the funeral, the leaders of the resistance and the martyr's comrades praised the courage, and gentleness of morals that he had throughout his national struggle from his graduation from the Naval College until he joined the National Resistance Forces.

Brigadier General / Sadiq Dowid, a member of the Joint Forces Command, the official spokesman for the National Resistance, confirmed that the martyr Colonel / Salah Al-Mawsemi was one of the participants in the blessed December 2nd intifada in 2017 led by the martyr leader Ali Abdullah Saleh and a companion trained by Secretary Aref Al-Zoka

Brig. Dowid said that the martyr was one of the first to join the Republican Guards in the first brigade, and he had fingerprints in the battle of Khaled's camp and the battle of Mafraq Junction, and participated in most of the battles along the west coast, and had a prominent role in liberating multiple areas of the west coast.

For his part, Brigadier General Taha Al-Jaami, one of the leaders of the National Resistance, spoke, saying: The martyr Salah Al-Mawsemi is an extension of the ancient national family that provided convoys of martyrs in defense of the Republic.

In turn, Sheikh Ziyad praised his campaign for the active role played by the martyr Salah Al-Mawsemi in the battles of the struggle, since he joined the National Resistance Forces, and he said, whatever we talked about the positions and courage of the martyr, we will not fulfill his right, whether in the field of training or qualification for the heroic fighters or his role in teaching the enemy the harsh lessons.

The mourners pledged that they would follow the path of the martyr and all the martyrs of the joint resistance until liberating every inch of the land of Yemen from the Houthi militia.

They expressed their condolences to the family and relatives of the martyr.

Colonel / Salah Farea Al-Mawsemi.

Born in 1984 in Bani Omar Al-Qafar, Ibb governorate.

He graduated from the Naval College in 2008, the 19th class.

Married, three children, two daughters and one son.

⁃ Among the heroes participating in the blessed December 2nd uprising led by the martyr leader Ali Abdullah Saleh against the Houthi Priesthood in 2017.

⁃ Among the first to join the ranks of the Republic’s guards, he arrived in Aden, responding to the invitation of Brigadier Tariq Saleh in January 2018, joining the ranks of the Republic’s guards.

⁃ He participated in all the battles, and he had remarkable fingerprints in Khaled's camp and in the Battle of Mafraq Junction
⁃ Took part in most of the battles of the joint resistance along the West Coast.
⁃ The martyr participated in the field with his comrades, the heroes of the joint forces, in liberating many areas of the West Coast.
⁃ He was martyred on Tuesday, January 14, 2020

Since his childhood he dreamed of joining the military corps, he studied the preparatory stage in his village and the secondary stage in Hodeidah during what he was affiliated with Major Majd, and after that he joined the Special Guard for a period of four years and was the battalion accompanying President Ali Abdullah Saleh
The martyr joined the Naval College and after graduating from it he returned to the Special Guard to carry out his duties in training on snipers and parachutes

He continued his work until the December 2nd uprising in which he fought the Houthi militia valiantly and continued to fight bravely in the house of Commander Brigadier Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh and did not leave him until his comrades forced him to leave

After that he returned to his village in Ibb governorate, and it is only ten days, and he left for Aden to join the national resistance in response to the invitation of the Commander, Brigadier Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh.

At Bir Ahmed camp, he met with Commander Brigadier Tariq Saleh, moving to the field to prepare for the battle of the West Coast, and he undertook his duties to fully train personnel.

At the start of the first spark of the battles of the Republic’s guards on April 19, 2018, the martyr was leading the ranks in the battle of Khaled camp in the front line until Al-Barh area and participated in achieving victory alongside the joint forces until the liberation of a large part of the city of Hodeidah

After that, the martyr was commissioned by the commander of the National Resistance to train and rehabilitate battalions of the Republic’s guards on artillery, so that he was able to form battalions and companies specialized in artillery in the various brigades of the Republic’s guards, and then was assigned to establish a specialized artillery unit within the Republic’s Guard forces.

Salah Al-Mawsmi did not die because he trained thousands of all regions of Yemen, as this exceptional leader managed to teach the love of the nation in and sharpen their spirits to confront the priesthood.

The martyr always affirmed that victory is close and that our people will be rid of enemies and that every Yemeni must sacrifice preciously for the freedom and dignity of the Yemeni people and ensure a safe and happy future for future generations.
May God have mercy on the martyr Salah Al Mawsemi, and all the martyrs of the battle to defend the Republic.
