Commander of the joint operations of the Yemeni army: Our appointment is Sanaa

The head of the joint operations in the Ministry of Defense, Major General Sagheer bin Aziz, urged the army forces to move towards the capital, Sanaa, to recover it from the grip of the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen.
This came during a briefing on the theater of combat operations on the front lines of the Naham front, east of Sanaa, according to an audio recording published by the media center of the Yemeni armed forces, at dawn on Wednesday.
Ibn Aziz said in his voice message to the army: "Come forward towards Sanaa, in order to inject the blood of Yemenis, return the displaced to their homes, and secure children and women from the oppression of the militias."
He stressed that this decisive battle to get rid of the putschists, adding: "Our appointment is Sanaa."
The call for the joint operations commander comes at a time when the Yemeni army, with support from the Legitimacy Support Alliance, is fighting fierce battles against the coup militias along Naham front.
