The official spokesman for the National Resistance, member of the Joint Command in the West Coast, Brigadier General Sadeq Dowaid, accused Houthi militias, of using Red Sea ports to smuggle weapons.

Dwaid said, during his visit to the Coast Guard forces in the Red Sea sector, that the Coast Guard forces were able to secure the liberated coasts and seaports in the Red Sea sector and the militias denied many of the ports that were used to smuggle weapons and other prohibited materials.

He added, that there are only three ports left for the militias, namely the port of Al-Hodeidah, Al-Salif, and Ras Issa, which are used to smuggle banned materials in full view of the United Nations.

Brigadier General Sadiq Dowaid appreciated the great and continuous successes achieved by the Coast Guard forces in the Red Sea sector, whether in building their capabilities or in carrying out the tasks assigned to them since the inauguration of its work.

He pointed to the size of attention that these forces are receiving by Brigadier General Tariq Muhammad Abdullah Saleh, commander of the National Resistance, as well as by the Joint Forces Command and the Arab Alliance.

Dowaid pointed to the size of the support provided to the Coast Guard forces in a manner similar to the size of the tasks entrusted to them in the context of the battle of the Yemeni people to get rid of the Iranian arm, saying: The leadership of the National Resistance, the joint forces, and the Arab coalition are sparing no effort to support the Coast Guard.

Colonel Dowid, along with Colonel Abdel-Jabbar Al-Zahzouh, the Commander of the Coast Guard in the Red Sea sector, visited the port of Al-Heima, reviewed the readiness of the units stationed in it and heard from Colonel Al-Zahzouh a detailed explanation of the nature of the tasks entrusted to them and their readiness to implement.

He also visited the Coast Guard's central technical workshop and listened to an explanation from the engineers, praising their competence and morale.
