On Tuesday, the Norwegian Refugee Council began restoring and rehabilitating three schools in Mocha.

The director of the Mukha Abdulrahim Al-Fateh Directorate, who handed over the approved contractor to start the implementation process in Al-Khair Schools for Girls, Saif Bin Dhi Yazan and Wadi Al-Kabeer, said that the restoration process will start from tomorrow.

For his part, the director of the Education Office in Mocha Qasim Al-Shathly Directorate said that the Directorate is witnessing the restoration of a number of schools.

He expressed his hope to continue restoring the rest of the schools that were destroyed by the war, which was sparked by the Houthi militia.

He called on humanitarian organizations to alleviate the scale of the catastrophe the education sector was exposed to, due to the war sparked by the Iranian arm in Yemen.

The Emirati Red Crescent has rehabilitated a number of schools in Mocha, which were destroyed by the Houthi militia war, the last of which was the Al-Noor School in Al-Thobany.
