Al-Bahsaini announces the alert status as a precaution against the Coruna virus

 The governor of Hadhramaut, the commander of the Second Military Region, Major General Faraj Salmin Al-Bahsaini, declared the state of maximum alert to confront the Coronavirus.

Al-Bahsaini called on the citizens and state institutions in the governorate to adhere to preventive and precautionary measures, and the necessity not to leave homes except for the extreme necessity.

 The governor directed the security services, the police and the concerned authorities to perform their duties to the fullest extent and prevent any gatherings in the coasts and markets.

 The governor also directed Al-Bahsni, director of the Coastal Health Office, to move the quarantine from Ibn Sina Hospital in Mukalla to a location far from population centers.

He stressed the police to organize individual entry into the Qat markets, and in case of non-compliance, the khat markets will be closed, directed to stop the street vendors and mass transportation as a precautionary measure.
