A report revealed that the Islah militia in Taiz was involved in kidnappings and executions under torture in about 30 prisons it runs in areas controlled by the legitimate government.

The report stated that independent civil society organizations in Taiz recorded many incidents of armed robbery against private property in the city by the Islah militia.

The report also pointed out that a lot of food and health assistance provided by the supporters, the most important of which are the King Salman Center and the Emirates Red Crescent Authority for looting, theft and extortion operations by Islah elements and extremist organizations, has led to a high incidence of poverty and famine among the people and the spread of epidemics and diseases in the absence of a clear health care
