On Wednesday morning, the army forces launched a massive military operation to liberate the Mukiraras district, and were able to liberate the first districts of the district north of Abyan Governorate.

Field sources said that forces from the Al-Amajed Brigade, led by Brigadier Saleh Al-Shajri, with the support of the Popular Resistance and with the support of the coalition warplanes, headed towards Mukairas, confirming that the forces entered the Sharjan region in Mukairas and the escape of the Houthi militia.

 As a result, the Houthi militia targeted the Al-Amajed camp in the Lauder Abyan district with a missile attack.

 According to the sources, several Katyusha rockets landed in the camp, which led to the martyrdom and wounding of a number of soldiers, who were transferred to the district hospital.

On Tuesday, coalition warplanes carried out a series of raids targeting the Houthi Brigade camp, which is affiliated with the Houthi militia, in the Mukairas district, for the first time in five years, and crews and vehicles were transported to transport the dead and injured Houthis from the target camp.
