A party official: The Islah authorities in Taiz legalize their crimes in the name of the security crackdown

A party official said that the results of the security campaign carried out by the security forces affiliated with the Islah Party in Taiz against the so-called sleeper cells have not announced the results until today, which makes this campaign illegal and legalization of arrests outside the law.
He added, the security committee or the Taiz Governorate Police Department was supposed to announce the results of the campaign in terms of the number of people arrested, what charges were brought against them, and how many were referred to the judiciary.
He stated that the campaign arrested more than 300 people, most of whom were workers and displaced people from other governorates, and were treated as cells belonging to the Houthi militia and others loyal to the West Coast forces.
He pointed to the seriousness of the repressive measures implemented by the Muslim Brotherhood in Taiz and the continuation of enforced disappearance crimes that escalate in the province without any supervision.
